T-Shirt Design Contest
Just incase you have not yet noticed... we are having a t-shirt designing contest. Sixth Ave needs a new shirt, and we are coming to you for some new ideas! All you need to do is put together a design and either bring it into the shop OR e-mail it to sixavecontests@gmail.com. We will be picking a winning design on September 9th... so get your designs in ASAP!!

Free Flow Contest
Tomorrow - SUNDAY - we are hosting the Free Flow BMX contest. We will not be having regular sessions... but feel free to come by and watch it all go down. It will be a good day!

Updates
Now that summer is over things are a little slower around here, and so we will up able to catch up on some website updates. The photo section has begun its update process, and photo of the week is back in full effect. We also got a bunch of new stuff in the shop the last couple days.

Free Flow Contest Update
There has been a slight change to the Free Flow Contest this coming Sunday... as per the offical Free Flow Rules we will be having 2 divisions. The first is a 12 and under "Junior Jam" Division, and the second is the 18 and under "OPEN" Division. Registration starts at Noon, and the contest will start at 1PM. See you all Sunday!!

King of Cashville Update
So I am still going through hours of King of Cashville footage... but hopefully a winner will be found by the end of this weekend. I can't say who is winning, but team F.J.I.F has some of the most entertaining footage ever... they get my vote for most fun... and they only filmed 15 min on the tape. Good times........

I looks like they guys over at Crimsons Skateboards are going to be coming out for our 5th Anniversary Contest. Kris Markovich will be coming with a couple other guys to skate and hang out. More info to come - but you better be here!

We received some bad news about a long time Sixth Avenue friend Justin Reynold, you may know him as J.R. We dont have all the details, all we know at the time is that he is currently in a coma. We will keep you posted as we receive more information, but until then, keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers. We love you J.R.

Its a new year!
First post of the new year... pretty exciting! Everyone is back to school, and so we are back to our regular skatepark hours. Check out the schedule section for more info on that.
No Temporary Waivers
Just to give everyone a heads up - we will not be able to accept temporary waivers at the park - meaning only the parent of minors coming to skate the park can sign a waiver for them to skate. You can not sign one for a friend! Check out the FAQ section for info on waivers.
Site Update
So we are slowing trying to completely update the website, and just tonight updated the FAQ section of the website. It is coming along........ slowly.

New Website
As you can probably tell... we have changed up the look of the website a bit, but if you look a little harder you will notice that as of now only the main page is new. Over the coming weeks we will be changing the whole website around, and hopefully you will like what you see.
Christmas Sales
Christmas is coming up quick, and we have put together a few sales for you. Check out the flyers at the bottom of the page for all the savings. We will also be opening the shop at Noon on December 4, 5, 13, 14, 19, and 20th for all you parents so you can get some shopping done without the kids around.
